Why people support and oppose health care reform -- This study shows that much of the public knows only a little of what's actually going on in Washington about the legislation, but much of the public has no clue about its potential impact, especially when it concerns the deficit. And, of course, there are wildly different views when broken down by party. I'll say again: It would be foolish to walk away from reform now. It is too close to becoming a reality and too important, for so many reasons.
