President Obama is listening -- to me. OK, maybe not, but he seems to be tracking down the path I suggested a couple weeks ago.

This is what President Obama was talking about yesterday
He should push Democrats to get a good compromise bill together then invite the Republicans and noted medical experts to the table -- in view of C-Span cameras -- and say let's make the legislation better. Let's see whose ideas really make the most sense and who is really committed to passing long overdue reform.
