An economist has come up with an incredibly intriguing idea to actually battle climate change: Focus on actual temperature rise rather than forecast models and other predictions and prophecies. If the temperature starts to rise really fast, a tax is implemented really fast. If it doesn't, neither does the tax. I'm sure the Al Gore camp has a thousand reasons why they don't like -- primarily because they believe they are absolutely correct that if we don't something radical now it will be too late. I'm with this economist. What about you?
