The Tenacity Challenge

David Brooks of the New York Times argues that the president must determine if he's really determined to win the war in Afghanistan. If he is, he needs to send in the resources required and let the world know in no uncertain terms about his determination through the good and bad. If he isn't, let's leave now. His reasoning and argument are solid.
