I do agree with Jason Whitlock that Steffi Graf is the best women's tennis player of all time. I don't agree with much else he has to say about Serena Williams, currently the best player in the game and holder of 11 major titles. He calls her an underachiever because she doesn't have the singular focus of Tiger Woods or the build of Anna Kournikova. Obviously, she doesn't want that. I call her a woman smart enough to realize her tennis career will only be here for a short while and that it is wise to get cracking on all the remaining decades of life she'll have, which is why she has been involved in so many other endeavors, from design to acting and modeling. She does all of that while becoming the best tennis player and the world -- and Whitlock compares her to Paris Hilton? I respect Whitlock, but if he keeps this up, he might devolve into little more than a shock jock in print.
